3. 직무 목표:

Research Senior Associate’s key responsibility is to provide timely macroeconomic research on South Korea, including contribution to Pan-Asia economics team. The position will be based in Seoul, South Korea.

4. 주요 업무 및 책임:

-Producing timely commentary on key macro data releases and economic policies 

-Conducting in-depth research for macroeconomic themes

-Providing forecasts for key macroeconomic variables, economic policies and analyzing market implications 

-Responding to client requests in a timely and effective manner 

-Contributing to broader Pan-Asia/Global economics research

5. 자격 요건:

-At least one to three years of relevant work experience in economics or financial market research. 

-Economics background is required – at least an undergraduate degree

-Graduate degree preferred

-Prior research experience for South Korea economy preferred

-Excellent writing skills, quantitative and analytical skills

-Strong fluency in English and proficiency in Korean

-Familiarity with economic and market data sources such as CEIC, Haver and Bloomberg

-Knowledge of statistical forecasting and modelling tools such as EViews
