2. 2014학년도 1학기「글로벌 초우수 인재 정착지원 사업」장학생 선정을 위한 신청서 접수가 아래와 같이 시행됨을 알려드립니다.

가. 장학금명 : SNU Global Scholarship(글로벌 초우수 인재 정착지원 사업)

1) SNU Global Scholarship1(초우수 외국인 학문후속 세대 지원) : 등록금, 생활비 월 120만원, 왕복항공료 실비 1회

 ※ Public Sector Scholarship
: 본 학기부터 SNU Global Scholarship1에 포함하여 신청을 받으며, 신청자는 해당 분야 경력증명서를 함께 제출하여야 함
: 2014학년도 1학기 서울대학교 대학원 입학합격일로부터 1년 이내까지 1년 이상 공공분야 경력자에 한해 지원 가능
              
2) SNU Global Scholarship2(초우수 외국인 핵심인재 지원) : 등록금

3) Korean Language Special Program(한국어 수업 지원) : 언어교육원 한국어 수업 Special Program(저녁반) 1회(10주) 등록금 지원

※ 최대 3가지 프로그램 복수 신청 가능(3가지 체크박스 중 중복 선택)

나. 신청대상 : 본교 외국인 대학원생(재학생 및 2014학년도 1학기 입학예정자)

다. 수혜기간 : 1년(Korean Language Special Program : 10주)

라. 신청서류
      1) 신청서식 1부(‘붙임 2’)
      2) 2013년 가족의 소득증명서 혹은 소득세 납부증명서(국문 혹은 영문) 1부
         (※ 제출 불가시 2012년 서류 제출 가능)
      3) 최종학력 성적표 1부
      4) 공공분야 경력증명서 1부(※해당자에 한하여 제출)

마. 신청방법 : 신청서류를 우편 혹은 방문 제출

바. 제 출 처 : 소속 학과(부) 사무실 

사. 신청기간 : 2013.12.02.(월) ~ 2013.12.31.(화) 18:00까지

아. 결과발표 : 2014.01.29.(수)

Title : A Call for SNU Global Scholarship Applications for Spring 2014
 

Seoul National University(SNU) is proud to announce the beginning of its acceptance for SNU Global Scholarship applications for the Spring semester of  2014 to motivated and high-calibre graduate students at SNU. This Global Scholarship is designed to enable highly competitive students to concentrate on their research, and to promote global research environment at SNU.
 

■ SNU Global Scholarship for Spring 2014
1. Eligibility : International graduate students of SNU

2. Number of recipients
   ※ The number of recipients of each college will be determined after screening applications.

3. Subsidies
  1) SNU Global Scholarship 1(in Korean '초우수 외국인 학문후속 세대 지원') : Tuition, Living Expenses(monthly KRW1,200,000), Round-trip Airfare

※ Public Sector Scholarship is included in SNU Global Scholarship 1.
(Scholarship for public sector employees from developing countries, in Korean ‘개발도상국 공공부문 종사자 장학금’)
: Graduate students with more than one year work experience at the public sector up to one year prior to the announcement of SNU admissions result are eligible.
: Please submit the official document in English or Korean with an official seal, indicating employment history at the public sector.

  2) SNU Global Scholarship 2 (in Korean '초우수 외국인 핵심인재 지원') : Tuition

  3) Korean Language Special Program(in Korean ‘한국어 수업 지원’) : Tuition for Korean Language Special Program evening classes for 1 session(10 weeks) at the Language Education Institute of SNU

※ Korean Language Special Program applicants should complete on-line application for the program(evening class) until January 29(Wed.), 2014 at http://lei.snu.ac.kr/site/en/klec/evening/application.jsp
  
※ Applicants can choose more than one program among three options in their SNU Global Scholarship application form.

4. Duration of Award : 1 year
   ※ Please note the recipients of the SNU Global Scholarship Program might be restricted from taking leave of absence.

5. Required documents
  1) Application form
  2) Official documents in English or Korean indicating family’s gross income or income tax return in 2013(if not available, one from 2012 is acceptable.)
  3) Transcript of academic record at your final educational institution
